Will you sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)?

Yes, please e-mail your NDA to legal@pearlsandshells.com with general information about the product you would need us to develop, weather its a book, a game, an animation, etc.

In the case that you do not have an NDA but would like us to sign one. We do keep standard NDA forms on file, for each type of product, and can email one out to you.

If a project takes too long, what happens?

Our projects get scheduled as soon as you place your order.

We try to estimate the amount of hours and days a project will take, to the best of our ability, but sometimes we need to re-color or sketch new ideas, design a new layout, etc. We will let you know when we are starting to run out of time and if a project seems to take longer than expected.

Can I get a refund?

In general, we don't normally get refund requests, or issue refunds. Our product is so customized, and our service is so personal that you get to be involved in the creative process and will approve every step of the project before going onto the next one. This is how we ensure customer satisfaction.

But, if a problem arrises, each project is divided into steps before we begin our work. These steps are assigned percentages. This way, once we complete a specific step, we would have completed 25% of the project, 50% of the project, 75% of the project, and finally 100% of the project.

If you haven't approved 25% of the project yet, we will refund 70% of what you have paid.
